I've been all over the joint and have let a pretty on the go life along the way so have had hundreds of not thousands of sandwiches from different places ... the Top Dog sandwich from Venti food truck is aptly named because it is hands down the best sandwich I've ever had anywhere ( and I'm not a chicken cutlet sandwich guy)

I've tried The Joe and the chicken parm with vodka sauce sandwiches and both were good (and huge!) and the potato salad was decent as well. I'd like to try other things from here next time I'm in a sandwich mood!

This food truck is only available between 12:30pm and 3pm on Columbus drive, so it's no wonder I haven't seen it despite walking living here for months already. However, it is absolutely worth the search. Their Top Dog sandwich might be the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. No joke. Perfect balance of hard bread, pesto, prosciutto, and crispy chicken cutlet. Actually I had gotten the Turkey sandwich which was a perfectly fine sandwich, but I got to try the Top Dog and deeply regretted my choice. The portions were also humongous. One sandwich is enough for two.

I Just moved to Jersey City and have been trying out new spots. Saw this pop up and gotta note that their location is on Columbus. Met Nick who was taking orders and they seem to all have a great reputation with the other customers. Got the vodka parm and it was unreal from the fresh mozzarella to the great bread and sauce and thick cutlet. So many options on the menu, I'm hyped to try the other sandwiches

I cannot say enough good things about Venti. When a food truck is pumping out sandwiches as good as, if not better than, any Italian deli in the area. It blew my mind that a food truck could do what Venti does. Nick and the crew are awesome. Such nice, cool, down to earth people. The Vodka Parm was insane. But the Spicy Cutlet was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I hear their cutlet caesar is maybe even better. Can't wait to get back again soon.

These might be some of the coolest guys to run a food truck ever. Now consistently found parked outside 50 Columbus, I try to stop by whenever I get a chance to work from home. The subs here are out of this world... If you can't find someone to share with, plan to have it for both lunch and dinner! Highlights here are the chicken parm with vodka sauce. These guys will suffer through the summer heat and salamander the crap out of this sandwich so you get that perfect melted cheese and piping hot vodka sauce. The only downside is that there isn't a seat right outside where I can tear into it right away. Big Mike's Pizza Sub is another one of my faves. I mean... you get a friggin' pepperoni sandwich with a ton of cheese? Maybe it's a good thing I don't live right there! Every now and then they bust out something completely surprising. I remember the one time they had fresh cannolis. It wasn't on the menu... I still can't figure out if they ever made it onto the menu, but they were insanely good. Guys, if you're reading this, make it a thing!

The best sandwiches in Jersey City are made on wheels. What a world. These things are great. I was a little skeptical of the price, then I ordered a sub and holy crap it's huge. I was taken aback by the size. And so delicious. Got the mozzarella pesto and the jalapeno turkey and cheese; both are so good.

I have gotten sandwiches twice from this food truck and they have never disappointed. They do not skimp on the cheese and really give you a packed sandwich well worth the price. It's enough to feed two people for sure and the guys who work there are super nice!

Who knew that a Gem was around the corner of my workplace, all this time. I met Nick, one of the owners and was referred to Venti by none other than Angelo Competiello aka Mind_Machine. Great Italian subs and heroes and their chicken parmigiana sub is 5 Stars
